No Tolerance Policy
Introduction
- All persons working with In His Steps International/In His Steps Cambodia are required to abide by the same standard of conduct as is expected from IHSI/GCCS staff. In His Steps places strong priority on setting an example to all people, through living lives of integrity and self-control.
- Alcoholism and other addictions, gambling, and sexual immorality are strongholds to which many Cambodians are held captive. In His Steps believes that as Christians we are not only called to a high standard of personal integrity, but also warned against being a stumbling block to others (Matthew 18:7). This is the reason we have adopted our No Tolerance Policy, and require all staff and visitors/teams to respect and uphold the policy
